The regular price is $39.95. During our monthly special, new students ages 3-12 can get it for $2 through month end. One $2 payment covers both beginner lessons and the uniform.
Is this a good fit if my child is shy, nervous, or brand new?
Yes. The beginner lessons are designed to help kids get comfortable at their own pace with clear instruction and encouragement.
What style of martial arts do you teach?
The Cosens curriculum combines age-appropriate striking, grappling, movement, practical self-defense, confidence, focus, and discipline.
Does my child need any martial arts experience?
No. The beginner lessons are designed for first-time students. Your child will be shown what to do step by step and can learn at a comfortable pace.
What happens after the two beginner lessons?
If your child enjoys the experience, we can explain the age-appropriate program options. There is no obligation to enroll.
