What You Actually Get Out Of It

Yes, it is a great workout. But the reason women keep coming back is usually bigger than calories.

See Women’s MMA In Action

This is a real MMA class: stretching, warm-ups, learning techniques, controlled partner drills, and conditioning. You are building fitness because you are training, not pretending MMA is merely another workout.

Come Back Because You Actually Want To

The goal is not to survive a workout. It is to find training, progress, and people you genuinely look forward to seeing again.

Before Your Brain Talks You Out Of It

You do not need to be athletic, aggressive, confident, or fearless. You only need a first experience that is structured enough to let you begin.

You Are Not Being Thrown Into A Fight

Your Starter Pass is about learning real skills through controlled, coached practice.

No Hard Sparring Required

You are here to experience the class, not prove how tough you are.

Start At Your Current Level

You do not get in shape before starting. Starting is how you begin getting in shape.

Yes, Regular Classes Are Co-ed

Give Yourself The Experience

Maybe This Becomes Your Thing

Maybe you simply try something new. Or maybe you find the place you come to clear your head, feel stronger, laugh with people, challenge yourself, and leave feeling better than you walked in.

You cannot know whether MMA fits you by reading about it. You also do not need to make a membership decision today. Give yourself two beginner classes and decide after you know how it actually feels.

Questions Before You Reserve

Do I need any MMA experience?

No. The Women’s MMA Starter Pass is for beginners. You are not expected to know the terminology, techniques, or how class works before you arrive.

Do I need to get in shape before I start?

No. You do not get in shape before starting. Starting is how you begin getting in shape. Your coach will help you work from your current level.

What if I feel exhausted and unmotivated?

You do not need to manufacture an hour of motivation before coming. The hardest part is arriving. Once class begins, your coach gives you a clear next step and the room carries you forward.

Will I have to fight or do hard sparring?

No hard sparring is required for the Starter Pass. Your first experience is focused on learning, movement, coaching, and getting comfortable.

Are the classes women-only?

No. Our regular MMA classes are co-ed. Women and men train together in a structured, respectful environment. This Starter Pass is designed to give women a comfortable first step into that program.

What if everyone else is better than me?

They probably will know more at first because they started before you. Nobody expects you to keep up with experienced students. Your job is simply to start where you are and learn the next step.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes are perfect for your first class. We will explain anything else you may need if you decide to continue.

What is included in the Women’s MMA Starter Pass?

The regular value is $39.95. During our September Special, new students can claim it for $2 through September 15th. It includes two beginner MMA classes, a beginner skill introduction, coach guidance, time to experience the academy, and a real chance to see if training fits your life.

Why are there two beginner classes?

Class one helps you get comfortable. Class two gives you a chance to recognize the room, understand more, and feel yourself improving before you decide whether MMA is right for you.

What happens after the two classes?

If you enjoy the experience, we can explain how the regular program works. There is no obligation to continue.
