If You Have A 5, 6, Or 7 Year Old, This Probably Sounds Familiar
This is a wonderfully in-between age. Your child wants more independence, but still needs reminders, reassurance, structure, and lots of chances to succeed.
Big Energy
Your child may have plenty of energy after school and need somewhere positive to put it.
Still Learning To Listen
Following directions the first time is a skill kids this age are still practicing.
Confidence Comes And Goes
One day your child feels fearless. The next day, a new challenge can feel enormous.
Learning To Handle Frustration
When something feels hard, your child is still learning how to reset, try again, and keep going.
What Your Child Practices Here
Martial arts gives kids ages 5-7 a place to practice skills that matter at home, at school, and anywhere your child has to work through something difficult.
Focus & Listening
Watch the instructor, remember a direction, and follow through even when something else is happening nearby.
Real Confidence
Confidence grows from real wins: learning something new, improving, and realizing “I can do this.”
Self-Control
Stop on command, wait for a turn, control movement, and stay composed when excitement is high.
Resilience
Make a mistake, reset, listen to coaching, and try again instead of giving up when something feels hard.
Why Ages 5-7 Need Their Own Program
Your child is not a preschooler anymore, but a class designed for older kids can still move too fast. Little Ninjas meets ages 5-7 right in the middle.
Directions Your Child Can Follow
Instructions are broken into manageable pieces, then reinforced through movement and repetition.
Confidence Through Progress
Your child gets repeated chances to succeed, improve, and feel proud of something genuinely learned.
A Positive Place For All That Energy
Movement keeps class exciting while rules, partners, and drills give your child’s energy somewhere productive to go.

Background Checked
Instructors are carefully selected and background checked before working with students.
Padded Training Floors
Professional padded flooring is designed for martial arts training.
Controlled Contact
Your child trains with age-appropriate partners and age-appropriate expectations.
No Hard Sparring For Beginners

Meet The People Coaching Your Child
At ages 5-7, the instructor matters. Your child needs clear expectations, patience, encouragement, and someone who knows how to make learning feel exciting.

Confidence You Can Actually See
For many parents, the biggest win is watching a child participate more confidently, handle challenges better, and feel proud after doing something difficult.

Questions Moms Ask Before The First Class
Is Little Ninjas really designed specifically for ages 5-7?
Yes. The class structure, expectations, drills, coaching style, and pace are designed around younger elementary-age beginners rather than placing your child into a class built for older kids.
What if my child has trouble focusing or following directions?
That is exactly the kind of skill kids this age are still developing. Little Ninjas gives your child another place to practice focus, listening, waiting, and following directions through movement and martial arts.
What if my child is shy or nervous in new places?
That is common. The beginner lessons give your child time to get comfortable with the instructor, academy, and basic skills before you make any long-term decision.
What if my child gets frustrated when something is hard?
Your child does not need to already know how to handle every challenge perfectly. Coaches use encouragement, repetition, and manageable steps so your child can practice resetting and trying again.
Will my child be doing hard sparring?
No. New students learn progressively with age-appropriate expectations and controlled contact. Your child is never expected to jump into hard sparring.
What is included in the Little Ninja Starter Pass?
The Starter Pass includes two beginner lessons and a free martial arts uniform. The regular price is $39.95. During our monthly special, new students can book it for $2 through month end.
Do I stay during the beginner lessons?
Yes. A parent or guardian stays and watches both beginner lessons so you can see how your child is coached and how your child responds.
What happens after the two beginner lessons?
If your child enjoys Little Ninjas, we can explain how the regular program works. There is no obligation to enroll.
